"Health Guarantee"

A non-refundable deposit of 200.00 will hold a puppy. It is not
transferable to another puppy.

Your puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving my
home and is in good health before coming to you and will be up to date on
shots and worming's. Your puppy is checked for such things as Heart
murmurs, Patella's, under bites and any other problems my vet might see. The
buyer is then made aware of any faults the puppy might have prior to purchase.
If the puppy has any faults or I feel the puppy will be too small for breeding it
will be sold as "Pet Only". Limited Papers. Buyer has 72 hours to take the
puppy to his or hers vet to verify the puppy is in good health. I guarantee the
health of my puppy against any genetic or hereditary problems for one year. I
will replace the puppy with another puppy if a genetic problems does acure
with in that year. I must have a written statement from a license vet stating the
problem with the puppy. . If the puppy were to die a Autopsy will be required at
buyer's expense by a licensed vet and copy sent to me (the seller). I will replace
the puppy. Refund of a puppy purchase price is done only with in 7 days of
purchase and puppy is sent back at buyers expense stating the reason why
from a vet. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expense. Hypoglycemia is not a
genetic disorder and can be prevented. I am not responsible for Hypoglycemia.
If a male puppy is bought for breeding he will be checked by my vet for both
Testicles. He will have both Testicles down prior to shipping and seller will not
be responsible if later in life one or both testicles go back up. I also will not be
responsible if the puppy is unable to breed later in his adult life. Not even a vet
can tell you if a male puppy will grow up to be a great breeder later in life. I will
how ever work with you on another male puppy after I receive papers from
your vet stating the puppy in question will not make a breeder. I can not
guarantee color or size. I go by a Chihuahua weight chart that is use by most
reputable Chihuahua breeders. It will get you close to the adult weight of your
new puppy.
